Species Name - Wholken
Species Appearance - Looks very similar to a bipedal Kangaroo Rat with a slightly longer, more kangaroo body. Around their necks, are large fluffy manes like that of a male lion. The females manes are much longer, and have several different dressage items in them. Mostly jewelry. The males have tufts at the ends of their tails, while the females do not. Wholkens have large, black eyes, and during the day or when in contact with light, the black shrinks like a pupil, and is surrounded by color similar to an iris. Pronunciation - (Yul - Eken)
Ages - Once a Lleken is born, the baby ages slowly, going up to 100 years. That is the equivalent to a humans 1 year of life. Once reaching 1'300 years of age, the Lleken child lifts up into their teen years. The teen years are surprising, for them at least. A few years after their 1'300th birthday, their inner animal comes out, and their ears, horns, tail(s), or even wings and more will start to show. The normal ears are long, and skin-like, most reaching at least 4 inches in length. When the teens animal parts begin to show/grow, it can be a painful thing for them to experience. It takes
