He can make a mini shark out of his blood using water.
Basicalled, the more blood he uses of his own, the bigger the shark will be.
He drips it in the water, and basically molds it around into the shape of a custom shark. It will form like a computerized 3D model at first, then, when he mutters some certain sweden words, the shark will fall into the water and look MUCH more realistic.
He commands them to do as he wants them to.
